Vegetables make you healthy,
Avoid eating too much meat,

Fruits are full of fiber & minerals,
Easy to diet & make you sweet,

Looking for taste with nutrition
Have Milk & Nuts then calmly sit

Water is the source of universe,
It saves to dehydrate from heat,
